Job Description:

Direct Walk-in interview opportunity for Customer Service Professionals @TCS Mumbai !

Note: Candidates with relevant experience in any international Customer service roles (preferably in email and chat process) can directly attend the interview. Please go through Norms and Eligibility criteria.

Walk-in drive date 13th Jan 2024, Saturday.

Shifts – Willingness to work in all three shifts.

Venue – Tata Consultancy Services, Olympus A, Security Block, First Floor, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra 400097

Candidate to Carry: Original & Xerox of Photo ID Proof (PAN / Aadhar), all education /employment documents (Hard/Soft Copy) & Updated CV.

Eligibility criteria –

• Candidates should have International customer service experience (EMAIL & WEBCHAT)

• Must have 1+yrs of hands-on experience in email writing, dealing with international customers.

• 15 years full time education (No Correspondence).

• Good communication and writing skills are a must have.

• All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.

• Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
